Joining Kappa Sigma developed and further strengthened many leadership qualities.  Kappa Sigma has always been supported by the four pillars of Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship, and Service. As you build relationships in Kappa Sigma you get further attached to your University and what you're there to do.  You get so many other influences from so many, not just in your fraternity, but all the other organizations our great Fraternity puts you into contact with locally, regionally, and nationally. Everyone has a choice to get as involved as they desire.  Those many relationships from your involvement influence you in so many ways.  This exposure helps build and shape your personal self which you use in so many other facets of your life. My exposure to Kappa Sigma has benefited me in so many ways.  All the influences from those around me, the learning of best practices which often evolve and change, goal setting and achieving, and the passing along of those positive influences to others.
